Refund Policy

Get a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, no questions asked.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected], or use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net. Paddle returns the money to you the way you paid.

If the consumer law where you live gives you even more rights, those apply 👉

Cancel any time from Settings › Plan › Manage subscription. You keep Encore until the end of the year you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
